IGA definition
IGA means Inter Governmental Agreement between the Governments of India and the USA to improve international tax compliance and to implement FATCA of the USA.
IGA means any intergovernmental agreement between the US and any other jurisdiction, or any treaty, law, regulation or other official guidance relating to an intergovernmental agreement between the US and any other jurisdiction, which (in either case) facilitates the implementation of FATCA.
IGA or “Agreement” means this Intergovernmental Agreement between the County and the Jurisdiction for election coordination.
