Illinois Community College Board definition

Illinois Community College Board means the State coordinating board for community colleges that administers the Public Community College Act (110 ILCS 805) in a manner that maximizes the ability of the community colleges to serve their communities.

If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.

  • Public school academy means a public school academy or strict discipline academy organized under the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.

  • community centre means any school, railway station, police station and other location providing a service to the community;

  • parent financial holding company in a Member State means a financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in the same Member State;

  • traditional communities means communities recognised in terms of section 3 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, 2005 (Act No. 4 of 2005).
