Each Illinois Settlement Class Member who submits an Approved Illinois Claim shall be entitled to a payment of a pro rata share of the Illinois Settlement Fund, after payment of Settlement Administrator Expenses, the Illinois Fee Award, and any incentive award to the Illinois Class Representative.
