  • The Hospital, Exclusive Eye centre, Exclusive Dental clinic, Diagnostic Laboratory/ Imaging Centre shall immediately communicate to Additional Director / Joint Director of CGHS of concerned city about any change in the infrastructure /Shifting of premises.

  • That Hospital/ eye centre/Exclusive Dental Clinic/ Diagnostic laboratory/ Imaging Centre shall not charge CGHS beneficiaries higher than the CGHS notified rates or the rates charged from other patients who are not CGHS beneficiaries.

  • The Union and the Employer shall share the cost of printing the Agreement in the Employer's Document Imaging Centre.

  • Diagnostic lab / Imaging Centre must have been registered with State Government / Local bodies, wherever applicable.

Related to Imaging Centre

  • Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;
