Immediate Control definition

Immediate Control means Maxa network services extending to, including, and terminating at the Internet Service Provider circuit termination point on the router of the data centers (i.e. public Internet connectivity). Specifically excluded from the definition of Immediate Control are the following:
Immediate Control means supervision of, or influence over, a Pet or any animal, sufficient to prevent violation of this Policy, state statute, the County Regulations or the Town Code.
Immediate Control includes AaDya’s network services within the XxXxx data center which extends to, includes and terminates at the Internet Service Provider circuit termination point on the router in AaDya’s data center (i.e., public Internet connectivity). Immediate Control includes ImageTrend’s network services within the ImageTrend data center which extends to, includes and terminates at the Internet Service Provider (“ISP”) circuit termination point on the router in ImageTrend's data center (i.e., public Internet connectivity). Specifically excluded from the definition of “Immediate Control” are the following:
Immediate Control means Supplier’s network services terminating at the datacenter located router that provides the outside interface of each of Supplier’s WAN connections to its backbone providers and hardware and software provided and managed by Supplier. Supplier shall use commercially reasonable efforts to work with the corresponding vendor to minimize the disruption due to communication line downtime or other outage outside of Supplier’s Immediate Control.

  • Immediate jeopardy means a crisis situation in which the health and safety of patients is at risk. It is a deficient practice which indicates an inability to furnish safe care and services.
