Imported Products means any foreign-sourced, tangible goods or products shipped into, from outside of, the United States or Puerto Rico.

Imported Products means InBev Imported Products or AmBev Imported Products, as context requires.

Imported Products means all Designated Products which are produced by a Member or its Affiliates outside the United States and exported into and sold in the United States. Schedule IV sets forth the specific product codes of each individual product included as a Designated Product. Imported Products means those medical device products set forth in Exhibit A hereof.
