Imported vehicle definition

Imported vehicle means a vehicle legally imported from another country through channels other than the maker's official distribution system.
Imported vehicle or “Imported Motor Vehicle” shall mean a motor vehicle that has no prior record of having been registered in Guam.

For avoidance of doubt a reference to the term “Vehicles” shall refer to one or more motor vehicles that Momentum has financed (within the Maximum Principal Amount), the sourcing, purchase, shipping, clearing, registration and delivery thereof on behalf of the Customer;
