Imported Water definition

Imported Water means water introduced to the Upper Colorado River System from outside the Colorado River System for the specific purpose of augmenting the supplies available for, or storing water as part of, an Upper Basin Demand Management Program. Such Imported Water need not have been previously consumptively used in its basin of origin.
