Improvements Fund definition

Improvements Fund means the Improvements Fund created in Section 3.02 of the Indenture.
Improvements Fund means the fund of that name created pursuant to Section 2.2 of the Purchase Agreement.
Improvements Fund means the special account of the County created under Section 7.1 hereof.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Improvements means the buildings, structures, improvements, and alterations now constructed or at any time in the future constructed or placed upon the Land, including any future replacements and additions.

  • System improvements means capital improvements to public facilities which are designed to provide service to a service area.
