Inactive Companies definition

Inactive Companies means, collectively, Inactive Non-Guarantor Parties and Inactive Subsidiaries.
Inactive Companies means all corporations, partnerships, joint ventures or other entities in which the Company owns at least 5% of the outstanding interests and that do not conduct any business or own any material assets.

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
