Inactive Companies definition

Inactive Companies means, collectively, Inactive Non-Guarantor Parties and Inactive Subsidiaries.
Inactive Companies means Rad Air Snowboards AG, Zero Degree Manufacturing AG and Völkl Snowboard Verwaltungs GmbH (it being understood that these are the only inactive Völkl Group Companies).
