Incentive Partnership Management Fee definition

Incentive Partnership Management Fee means the fee payable by the Partnership to the General Partner pursuant to Section 8.11 of this Agreement.

  • Incentive Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(e) hereof.

  • Hosting Partners means companies who entered into an agreement with CIPC in the areas of application management; application hosting, application service provision, and marketplace hosting are incorporated in this category.
