Incentive Recipient definition

Incentive Recipient means the private parties receiving the Incentives from the City.
Incentive Recipient refers to the individual or entity to whom the Owner/Operator has directed Public Service to pay the XXXX Incentive as reflected on Exhibit B, or the Owner/Operator in the absence of such designation; and (vii) “XXXX Vendor” is an entity approved by Public Service that works with Public Service to remotely obtain data from, discharge, and charge the XXXX during up to 60 events annually as provided under this Agreement. When Owner/Operator is not also Host, Owner/Operator must return an executed Host acknowledgment, on Public Service’s standard form (“Host Acknowledgement”), to enter into this Agreement.
