Award Recipient is used in any provision of this Agreement under circumstances where the provision appropriately applies to the heirs, executors, administrators or legal representatives to whom this award may be transferred by will or by the laws of descent and distribution, the term “Award Recipient” shall be deemed to include such person or persons.

More Definitions of Award Recipient

Award Recipient means an individual to whom an Award has been granted under the Plan.

Award Recipient means a county, incorporated city or town, joint powers board, or cooperative tribal governing body who has been awarded funds under the BRC.
