INCIDENTAL JOB BURDENS definition

INCIDENTAL JOB BURDENS means those expenses relating to the cost of work, incurred either in the home office or on the job-site, which are necessary in the course of doing business but are incidental to the job. Such costs include office supplies and equipment, postage, courier services, telephone expenses including long distance, water and ice and other similar expenses.

  • Incidental item(s) means goods and/or services that may be purchased or sold through this Website to be supplied and/or provided by the Seller to You, as specified on Our Website.

  • Incidental costs means expenses specified in a warranty incurred by a warranty holder and related to the failure of a vehicle protection product to perform as provided in the warranty. Incidental costs may include, but are not limited to, insurance policy deductibles, rental vehicle charges, the difference between the actual value of a stolen vehicle at the time of theft and the cost of a replacement vehicle, sales taxes, registration fees, transaction fees, and mechanical inspection fees.

  • Incidental Expenses means those expenses incidental to the performance of construction pursuant to an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including, but not limited to, the expense of temporary construction power, telecommunications charges, Interconnected Transmission Owner expenses associated with, but not limited to, document preparation, design review, installation, monitoring, and construction-related operations and maintenance for the Customer Facility and for the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Incidental services means those services ancillary to the supply of the goods and services, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training and other such obligations of the vendor covered under the contract;

  • Business Activities shall be deemed to include any activities which are included in the Company's Business now or during the effective period of this Agreement.

  • Instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) means routine activities performed around the home or in the community and includes the following:

  • Incidental sign means a small sign, emblem, or decal informing the public of goods, facilities or services available on the premises (e.g., a credit card sign or a sign indicating hours of business).

  • Instrumental activities of daily living or “IADL” means tasks consisting of housekeeping, laundry, shopping, transportation, medication management and meal preparation.

  • Intrascholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete with students from within the same school.

  • Economic activities shall in principle include activities of an industrial, commercial and professional character and activities of craftsmen;

  • fishing related activities means any operation in support of, or in preparation for, fishing, including the landing, packaging, processing, transshipping or transporting of fish that have not been previously landed at a port, as well as the provisioning of personnel, fuel, gear and other supplies at sea;

  • Surviving Business Entity has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14.2(b).

  • Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.

  • Business Entity means a natural or legal person, business corporation, professional services corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership, business trust, association or any other legal commercial entity organized under the laws of this State or of any other state or foreign jurisdiction;

  • SpinCo Business has the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.

  • SpinCo Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Business activity means that term as defined in section 3(2) of the former single business tax act, 1975 PA 228, or in section 105 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1105.

  • Disadvantaged Business Enterprise means a for-profit small business concern that is at least 51% owned by one or more individuals who are both socially and economically disadvantaged individuals or, in the case of a corporation, in which 51% of the stock is owned by one or more such individuals; and whose management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged individuals who own it.

  • After-Acquired Intellectual Property has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.02(d).

  • Group Business Entity means;

  • Pre-Existing Intellectual Property Rights means any Intellectual Property Rights vested in or licensed to the Client or the Contractor prior to or independently of the performance by the Client of the Contractor of their obligations under this Contract.

  • Indirect Ownership Interest means an ownership interest in an entity that has an ownership interest in another entity. Indirect ownership interest includes an ownership interest in an entity that has an indirect ownership interest in another entity.

  • Pre-Existing Intellectual Property means intellectual property developed prior to or outside the scope of this Contract, and any derivatives of that intellectual property.

  • Company Owned Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned by the Company.

  • Affiliated business entity relationship means a relationship, other than a parent- subsidiary relationship, that exists when

  • Transferred Intellectual Property means (i) all Intellectual Property Rights owned by the Acquired Companies, (ii) the Transferred Trademarks, (iii) the Transferred Patents, (iv) the Transferred Domains, and (v) all other Intellectual Property Rights owned by Sellers or their respective Affiliates as of the Closing Date that are exclusively used in or are exclusively related to the development, manufacture, marketing, use or sale of the Business Products.
