Incidental Registration Statement definition

Incidental Registration Statement means a registration statement of the Company which covers the Registrable Securities requested to be included therein pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.2 and all amendments and supplements to such registration statement, including post-effective amendments, in each case including the Prospectus contained therein, all exhibits thereto and all material incorporated by reference (or deemed to be incorporated by reference) therein.
Incidental Registration Statement has the meaning given to such term in Section 5.2(a).
Incidental Registration Statement has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.1.

  • The Holders requesting inclusion in an Incidental Registration may, at any time prior to the effective date of the Incidental Registration Statement (and for any reason), revoke such request by delivering written notice to the Company revoking such requested inclusion.
