Incidental Work The terms “incidental to the project,” “incidental to the involved bid item(s),” etc., as used in the Contract shall mean that the Contractor is required to complete the specified work and the cost of such work shall be included in the unit contract prices of other bid items as specified in Section 1-04.1 (Intent of the Contract).
