INCONTESTABILITY definition

INCONTESTABILITY. This Contract is incontestable from its Contract Date.
INCONTESTABILITY. We will not contest this Contract.
INCONTESTABILITY. We will not contest this Contract from its Issue Date.

More Definitions of INCONTESTABILITY

INCONTESTABILITY. Aetna cannot cancel this Contract because of any error of fact.
INCONTESTABILITY. After two years, the Contract will be incontestable.
INCONTESTABILITY. We will not contest payment of the Death Proceeds based on the initial Specified Amount after this Policy has been in force during the Insured's lifetime for 2 years from the Policy Date.
