Incremental Aircraft definition

Incremental Aircraft means any of the forty-five (45) new firm-ordered PW1133G-JM Engine-powered A321neo aircraft identified in the Delivery Schedule as “Incremental Aircraft.”`

Incremental Aircraft means either or both, as the case may be, of the two new Boeing Model 767-316ER Aircraft scheduled for delivery during the months of September 2011 and September of 2012 to be purchased by Customer. Supplemental Agreement 28 converts the September 2012 Incremental Aircraft into a Substitute 767 Freighter Aircraft.

Related to Incremental Aircraft

  • Fixed Incremental Amount has the meaning specified in the definition of “Permitted Incremental Amount.”

  • Available Incremental Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(d)(v).

  • Incremental Auction Revenue Rights means the additional Auction Revenue Rights, not previously feasible, created by the addition of Incremental Rights-Eligible Required Transmission Enhancements, Merchant Transmission Facilities, or of one or more Customer- Funded Upgrades.

  • Incremental Agreement shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(e).

  • First Incremental Auction means an Incremental Auction conducted 20 months prior to the start of the Delivery Year to which it relates.

  • Incremental Auction means any of several auctions conducted for a Delivery Year after the Base Residual Auction for such Delivery Year and before the first day of such Delivery Year, including the First Incremental Auction, Second Incremental Auction, Third Incremental Auction or Conditional Incremental Auction.   • Maximum Incremental Amount means, at any time, the sum of (a) $1,400.0 million minus the Dollar Equivalent amount (measured at the time of incurrence) of New Term Loans, New Revolving Commitments and Permitted Alternative Incremental Facilities Debt previously established or incurred in reliance on this clause (a) plus (b) the aggregate Dollar Equivalent amount (measured at the time of prepayment or reduction) of Term Loans and Revolving Commitments outstanding on the Closing Date (or established pursuant to clause (a) above) that are optionally prepaid or optionally reduced (other than with the proceeds of long-term Indebtedness (other than borrowings under any revolving credit facility) and other than Revolving Commitments replaced with New Revolving Commitments) following the Closing Date and on or prior to such time (and, in the case of any prepayment of Term Loans pursuant to Section 2.08(d), based on the Dollar Equivalent amount (measured at the time of each applicable prepayment) expended by the Borrowers pursuant to such Section 2.08(d) and not the principal amount) plus (c) an unlimited amount so long as, in the case of this clause (c) only, on a pro forma basis (including the application of proceeds therefrom but excluding any increase in cash and cash equivalents and treating any New Revolving Commitments established pursuant to this clause (c) as fully drawn and all Permitted Alternative Incremental Facilities Debt incurred pursuant to this clause (c) as secured by Liens whether or not actually secured (but without giving effect to any substantially simultaneous incurrence of any New Term Loans, New Revolving Commitments or Permitted Alternative Incremental Facilities made pursuant to the foregoing clauses (a) and (b))), the Consolidated Secured Debt Ratio would not exceed 3.00 to 1.00 (it being understood that the Borrowers shall be deemed to have used amounts under clause (c) (to the extent compliant herewith) prior to utilization of amounts under clause (a) or (b)).

  • Second Incremental Auction means an Incremental Auction conducted ten months before the Delivery Year to which it relates.

  • Incremental Available Transfer Capability Revenue Rights means the rights to revenues that are derived from incremental Available Transfer Capability created by the addition of Merchant Transmission Facilities or of one of more Customer-Funded Upgrades.

  • Incremental Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).

  • Incremental Revolving Increase has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).

  • Scan increment means the amount of relative displacement of the patient with respect to the CT x-ray system between successive scans measured along the direction of such displacement.

  • Tax increment revenues means the amount of ad valorem property taxes and specific local taxes attributable to the application of the levy of all taxing jurisdictions upon the captured assessed value of real and personal property in the zone. Tax increment revenues do not include any of the following:

  • Incremental Increase has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).

  • Incremental Facility Agreement means an Incremental Facility Agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and one or more Incremental Lenders, establishing Incremental Term Loan Commitments of any Series or Incremental Revolving Commitments and effecting such other amendments hereto and to the other Loan Documents as are contemplated by Section 2.20.

  • Incremental Loans has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Incremental Commitment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.23.

  • Supplemental Amount The amount deposited in the Supplemental Loan Account on the Closing Date, which shall equal $0.00.

  • Incremental cost means all costs that could be avoided in the medium term if a Segment was removed from the Network;
