Incremental Revolving Tranche Commitments definition

Incremental Revolving Tranche Commitments with respect to each Lender, the commitment, if any, of such Lender to make Incremental Revolving Tranche Loans pursuant to the terms of an Incremental Facility Amendment.

Examples of Incremental Revolving Tranche Commitments in a sentence

  • All fees accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Incremental Revolving Tranche Commitments in respect of any Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

  • Any reduction of the Incremental Revolving Tranche Commitments in respect of any Facility shall be applied to the Commitments of each Incremental Revolving Tranche Lender according to its Applicable Percentage of such Facility.

  • Any such reduction shall be in an amount equal to the Minimum Principal Amount and shall reduce permanently the Incremental Revolving Tranche Commitments in respect of the applicable Facility then in effect.

  • Each of the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, the Swing Line Lender, the L/C Issuer and the Alternative Currency Funding Fronting Lender hereby consents, acknowledges and agrees that each Incremental Revolving Tranche Lender providing a portion of the Incremental Revolving Tranche Commitments is satisfactory to it.
