Indefeasible Right of Use definition

Indefeasible Right of Use or “IRU” means an indefeasible right to use, maintain and manage the IRU Fibers and Fiber Facilities, provided, however, that granting of such IRU does not convey legal title to the IRU Fibers or Fiber Facilities.
