Fiber Facilities definition

Fiber Facilities means a handhole, conduit, splice enclosures and related equipment, but excluding any electronic or optronic equipment at termination points located in City facilities.
Fiber Facilities means fiber optic cables and fiber-related facilities, conduits, converters, splice boxes, handholds, manholes, vaults, equipment, drains, surface location markers, appurtenances and related facilities placed or located by GRANTEE in the public streets or rights-of-way of the City after the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Fiber Facilities or “Facilities” means any and all fiber-optic strands, cables, lines, conduits, pull boxes, vaults, access manholes, handholes, pedestals, cross- connect cabinets, termination enclosures, and other similar equipment and devices owned, used or operated by Media 3, and reasonable access thereto.

Examples of Fiber Facilities in a sentence

  • If either Party receives a request to release data arising out of or related to the Fiber Facilities or the use, operation or maintenance thereof, the Party receiving the request must immediately notify the other Party of the request.

  • Absent CLEC Transition E-UDF and M-UDF as of December 10, 2005, Qwest will begin or maintain the right to begin, disconnect process of Dark Fiber Facilities.

  • Absent CLEC Transition of UDF, as of September 10, 2006, Qwest will, or maintains the right to, begin the disconnection process of CLEC Dark Fiber Facilities.

  • In addition to Tenant’s access rights described herein, Tenant shall also have the right to install and maintain conduit, fiber optic lines, and related facilities (which shall include, but not be limited to, any utilities, e.g., electricity, natural gas, or any similar utilities that may be reasonably required to operate the fiber facilities (collectively, Fiber Facilities) so as to allow Tenant to utilize its data bunker situated on the Premises.

  • Upon completion and installation of the central office and all associated fiber facilities and utilities, and at Tenant’s request, Landlord and Tenant shall execute an addendum to this Lease documenting and approving the placement all Fiber Facilities and any associated improvements.

  • The Fiber Facilities shall be located in existing utility easements to the extent possible, but in any event within fifteen (15) feet of the boundary of the Premises in easements that are nonexclusive.

  • IRE shall be permitted to connect to the Fiber Facilities at the standard connection fee in locations that IRE select in its sole discretion, provided IRE’s improvement plans conform to all applicable City ordinances in effect as of the date of this Rider.

Related to Fiber Facilities

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, ice rinks, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Generating Facility means Developer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Developer’s Attachment Facilities.

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.
