Indenture Form definition

Indenture Form has the meaning set forth on Schedule III to the Note Purchase Agreement.
Indenture Form means the form of indenture and security agreement attached as Exhibit C to the Note Purchase Agreement.
Indenture Form means the form of Amended and Restated Indenture and Security Agreement attached as Exhibit I to the Participation Agreement.
