Indenture Trustee Charging Lien definition

Indenture Trustee Charging Lien means any Lien or other priority in payment to which any of the Indenture Trustees is entitled, pursuant to each of the applicable Indentures or any ancillary documents, instruments or agreements.
Indenture Trustee Charging Lien means any Lien or other priority in payment to which any of the Indenture Trustees are entitled, pursuant to the Indentures, against distributions to be made to Holders of the 8.625% Notes, the AcqCo Notes, or the Senior Secured Notes for payment of any fees or expenses due to any Indenture Trustee under an applicable Indenture.
