The Reorganized Debtor and the Old Indenture Trustee shall have no obligation to recognize any transfer of Old Senior Notes occurring on or after the Record Date.
The Reorganized Debtor or the Old Indenture Trustee, as applicable, may reasonably require the holder of such Claim to hold the Reorganized Debtor or the Old Indenture Trustee, as applicable, harmless up to the amount of any Distribution made in respect of such unavailable note, instrument, document, certificate, subordinated note, agreement, certificated security or other item evidencing such Claim.

Any actions taken by the Old Indenture Trustee on or after the Effective Date that are not for this purpose shall be null and void as against the Reorganized Debtor, and the Reorganized Debtor shall have no obligations to the Old Indenture Trustee for any fees, costs or expenses incurred in connection with any such actions.
