Indenture Trustee Expenses definition

Indenture Trustee Expenses means reasonable out-of-pocket expenses of the Indenture Trustee incurred in connection with performance of the Indenture Trustee’s obligations and duties under the Indenture and Servicing Agreement.
Indenture Trustee Expenses means any reasonable, unpaid fees of the Indenture Trustee, and reasonable, unpaid out-of-pocket costs and expenses, including reasonable fees and expenses of counsel, incurred by the Indenture Trustee through the Effective Date, except any such costs and expenses as may be attributable to the Indenture Trustee’s negligence or willful misconduct.
Indenture Trustee Expenses means any indemnities due to the Indenture Trustee and any other reasonable out-of-pocket expenses (including attorney’s fees and expenses) of the Indenture Trustee incurred in connection with performance of the Indenture Trustee’s obligations and duties under the Indenture.

  • On each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to the Indenture Trustee Fee and reimbursement of Indenture Trustee Expenses in the priority provided in Section 3.04 hereof.

Indenture Trustee Expenses means the reasonable and documented compensation, fees, expenses, disbursements, and claims for indemnity, subrogation, and contribution incurred or owed to the Indenture Trustee, whether prior to or after the Petition Date, in each case under the Indentures.
