Indenture Trustee Claims definition

Indenture Trustee Claims means, collectively, all 1.5 Lien Indenture Trustee Claims, First Lien Indenture Trustee Claims, and Second Lien Indenture Trustee Claims.
Indenture Trustee Claims means unpaid fees or expenses as of the Petition Date incurred by an Indenture Trustee.
Indenture Trustee Claims means the Claims of the Indenture Trustee for reasonable fees and expenses, including the reasonable fees and expenses of its counsel and indemnification as set forth in the Indentures.

Indenture Trustee Claims means the Claims for reasonable fees and expenses, including attorneys fees, incurred by the Indenture Trustees during the Chapter 11 Cases.
Indenture Trustee Claims means the Claims for reasonable fees and expenses, disbursements and indemnity claims, including attorneys’ fees and agent fees, expenses and disbursements, incurred by the Indenture Trustees whether prepetition or postpetition and whether prior to or after consummation of the Plan, the payment of which is subject to the cap provided for in Section 14.7 of this Plan.
