Independent Chair definition

Independent Chair means a person independent of the GBCA, nominated by the GBCA, knowledgeable and with experience in the green building industry, who has such appropriate assessment qualifications as the GBCA may from time to time determine who is responsible for reviewing the report of the Certified Assessor(s) prior to the Certified Assessor(s) making a recommendation to the GBCA in respect of the Development;

Independent Chair means the individual appointed by the PCMNO to oversee the general conduct of the Special Assembly meeting in accordance with the roles and responsibilities outlined in these Guidelines;

Independent Chair means the person appointed by the Council to chair meetings of the board of directors of the Association, who shall not have any material connection with the Association prior to such appointment;
