Independent Compliance Officer definition

Independent Compliance Officer. (ICO) shall mean the ICO who is responsible for administration of this Plan.

Independent Compliance Officer or “ICO” shall mean the person or entity appointed by the Executive Vice President of the Authority to be the responsible party for overseeing and monitoring the overall success of the Program.
