Independent Review Body definition

Independent Review Body means a body endorsed by the Department to assess service providers' compliance with the Standards.
Independent Review Body means the body established by the Department under section 2 of the Act;
Independent Review Body means the body appointed by the Department to hear complaints if they have not been resolved via local resolution.
