Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index (other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Index at the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), all as determined by the Calculation Agent.
Index Value means, in relation to any Reference Rate Business Day:
Index Linked with respect to an amount at any time, means that the amount is adjusted as at each April 1st commencing April 1, 2015 by:

Index A means the index for the year prior to the
Index Price on a given date means the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies comprising the Index Group.
Index Number means the Consumer Price Index (Sydney all groups) published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics from time to time.
Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.
Bid with Lowest Evaluated Cost means the bid quoting lowest cost amongst all those bids evaluated to be substantially responsive;
Average Wholesale Price or “AWP” means the wholesale price charged on a specific commodity that is assigned by the drug manufacturer and is listed in a nationally-recognized drug pricing file.
Index Start Value means 1,000 index points and represents the Index Closing Value on Index Calculation Day T=0 for the purposes of calculating the index in accordance with C).
Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) means the diameter of a tree at 4 1/2 feet above the ground measured from the uphill side.
Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).
Average Market Value is the average of the closing sale prices of the Common Stock during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the date before the redemption date on the Composite Tape for New York Stock Exchange Listed Stocks, or, if such stock is not quoted on the Composite Tape, on the New York Stock Exchange, or, if such stock is not listed on such Exchange, on the principal United States securities exchange registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, on which such stock is listed, or, if such stock is not listed on any such exchange, the average of the closing sale prices with respect to a share of Common Stock during such thirty (30) day period, as quoted on the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. Automated Quotations System or any system then in use, or if no such quotations are available, the fair market value of the Common Stock as determined by the Board of Directors in good faith.
Working level (WL) means any combination of short-lived radon daughters in 1 liter of air that will result in the ultimate emission of 1.3E+5 MeV of potential alpha particle energy. The short-lived radon daughters are—for radon-222: polonium-218, lead-214, bismuth-214, and polonium-214; and for radon-220: polonium-216, lead-212, bismuth-212, and polonium-212.
Volume Weighted Average Price means, for any security as of any date, the daily dollar volume-weighted average price for such security on the Primary Market as reported by Bloomberg through its “Historical Prices – Px Table with Average Daily Volume” functions, or, if no dollar volume-weighted average price is reported for such security by Bloomberg, the average of the highest closing bid price and the lowest closing ask price of any of the market makers for such security as reported in the "pink sheets" by Pink Sheets LLC.
Average Market Price means, with respect to any security, the arithmetic average of the Market Price of such security for the 15 consecutive trading day period ending on and including the trading day immediately preceding the determination date.
Index Start Date means 19 January 2015.
Average value means the value which best represents the amount of the nutrient which a given food contains, and reflects allowances for seasonal variability, patterns of consumption and other factors which may cause the actual value to vary.
Sustainability Factors means environmental, social and employee matters, respect for human rights, anti‐corruption and anti‐bribery matters.
Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;
Cubic Foot means the volume of gas which occupies one cubic foot when such gas is at a temperature of 60 degrees Fahrenheit, and at a pressure of 14.73 pounds per square inch absolute.
Tare Weight means the weight of an empty shipping container, excluding all materials used for wrapping, cushioning, banding, waterproofing, packaging, blocking and bracing articles within the exterior container.
Acceptable earned value management system means an earned value management system that generally complies with system criteria in paragraph (b) of this clause.
Mean Sea Level means the average height of the sea for all stages of the tide. It is used as a reference for establishing various elevations within the floodplain. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the term is synonymous with the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, to which Base Flood Elevations shown on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map are referenced.
