Index Rate Margin definition

Index Rate Margin means 2.50% per annum.
Index Rate Margin means (1) with respect to the Revolving Loan, four hundred (400) basis points, and (2) with respect to Term Loan A, six hundred fifty (650) basis points.
Index Rate Margin means (i) at all times prior to the effective date of the Conversion Option, six and one quarter percent (6.25)%, or (ii) on and after the effective date of the Conversion Option, if ever, four and three quarters percent (4.75%), without, for the avoidance of doubt, any retroactive adjustment to the rates of interest applicable to the Loans at all times prior to the effective date of the Conversion Option.

Examples of Index Rate Margin in a sentence

  • Commencing on the first Adjustment Date thereafter, the Index Rate Margin and LIBOR Margin shall be calculated in accordance with Section 1.2 of the Credit Agreement.

  • All Overadvances shall constitute Index Rate Loans and at the written request of Agent or the Requisite Lenders shall bear interest at the Index Rate plus the Revolving Loan Applicable Index Rate Margin and shall bear interest at the Default Rate only if not repaid within three (3) Business Days.

Related to Index Rate Margin

  • LIBOR Rate Margin has the meaning set forth in the definition of Applicable Margin.

  • Base Rate Margin has the meaning set forth in the definition of Applicable Margin.

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate Margin means the following per annum percentages, applicable in the following situations:

  • Prime Rate Margin is set forth on Schedule I hereto.

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Eurodollar Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

Each change in any interest rate provided for in the Agreement based upon the Index Rate shall take effect at the time of such change in the Index Rate.

  • Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin means the per annum interest rate from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).
