Indie User definition

Indie User means a Licensee Using the Software via an Indie License who is either an Eligible Indie Individual or an Eligible Indie Organization.
Indie User has the meaning set out in Section 6.2.

Examples of Indie User in a sentence

  • SideFX may elect to issue one supplementary License with each purchased Indie License in order to enable the Indie User to use The Software on a dual-boot Computer or a second Computer.

Related to Indie User

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Customer Care Centre means a department or a section or a facility established under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25 by the distributor of television for addressing service requests, answering queries, recording of complaints, and redressal of grievances of consumers, by telephonic or electronic means or by any other means.

  • Smart Meter means a meter which tells us how much Energy you are using without us having to visit your home and which enables you to see how much Energy you are using;

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.
