Examples of Indirect Representative in a sentence

  • If and insofar as the Principal supplies incorrect information, fails to fulfil its obligations, or is declared bankrupt or otherwise runs into financial difficulties, the Indirect Representative is entitled to terminate this agreement with immediate effect.
