Individual Continental Property definition

Individual Continental Property means each parcel of real property, the Improvements thereon and all personal property owned by a Continental Borrower and encumbered by the applicable Security Instrument, together with all rights pertaining to such property and Improvements, as more particularly described in the granting clauses of the applicable Security Instrument and referred to therein as the “Property. For all purposes hereunder and the other Loan Documents, references to any Individual Continental Property shall also include any Combined Individual Property Parcel.”

  • In addition, Borrower shall deposit in the Leasing Reserve Account, any early termination fee or payment or other termination fee or payment paid by any Tenant under a Major Lease at an Individual Continental Property to Borrower pursuant to Section 4.14(d) hereof.

  • Except as expressly disclosed on the Survey, to Borrower’s knowledge, no part of any Individual Continental Property consists of or is classified as wetlands, tidelands or swamp and overflow lands.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Borrower shall not, without the prior written approval of Lender (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed), enter into, renew, extend, amend, modify, permit any assignment of or subletting under, waive any material provisions of, release any party to, terminate, reduce rents under, accept a surrender of space under, or shorten the term of, in each case, any Major Lease at an Individual Continental Property.

  • Rental Property means a hotel room, vacation home, or other rental property You booked for Your stay during Your Trip.

If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.

  • Horizontal property regime means the form of real property

The city council has no obligation to obtain other information as to the ownership of land or businesses, and its determination of ownership shall be final and conclusive for the purposes of this part. Wherever this part requires the signature of the property owner, the signature of the authorized agent of the property owner shall be sufficient. Wherever this part requires the signature of the business owner, the signature of the authorized agent of the business owner shall be sufficient.

  • Residential real estate means any real property located in this state, upon which is constructed or intended to be constructed a dwelling;

  • Loan Property means any property in which the applicable party (or a subsidiary of it) holds a security interest and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Transferred Real Property means (a) the Transferred Owned Real Property and (b) the premises that is subject to the Transferred Real Property Leases.

  • Property Owner Association Property means, for each Fiscal Year, any property within the boundaries of IA No. 1 that was owned by a property owner association, including any master or sub-association, as of January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year.

  • Urban renewal project means undertakings and activities of a municipality in an urban renewal area for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in an urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in an urban renewal area, or any combination or part of them in accordance with an urban renewal plan. These undertakings and activities may include:

  • residential land means land used or capable of being used for residential purposes (but does not include land on which there is no residential dwelling).

  • Company Real Property means the Company Owned Real Property and the Company Leased Real Property.

  • Material Real Property means any fee owned Real Property located in the United States that is owned by any Loan Party with a fair market value in excess of $10,000,000 (at the Closing Date or, with respect to Real Property acquired after the Closing Date, at the time of acquisition, in each case, as reasonably estimated by the Borrower in good faith).

  • Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(b).

  • Income Property means, in respect of each Sub-Fund, (a) all interest, dividends and other sums deemed by the Trustee, (after consulting the auditors either on a general or case by case basis), to be in the nature of income (including taxation repayments, if any) received or receivable by the Trustee in respect of the Deposited Property of the relevant Sub-Fund (whether in cash or, without limitation, by warrant, cheque, money, credit or otherwise or the proceeds of sale or transfer of any Income Property received in a form other than cash); (b) all interest and other sums received or receivable by the Trustee in respect of (a), (c) or (d) of this definition; (c) all cash payments received or receivable by the Trustee for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund in respect of an Application; and (d) all Cancellation Compensation received by the Trustee for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund; (e) any payments to be received or are receivable by the Trustee under any contractual agreements in the nature of investments for the benefit of the relevant Sub-Fund but excluding (i) the Deposited Property; (ii) any amount for the time being standing to the credit of the distribution account for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund or previously distributed to Unitholders; (iii) gains for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund arising from the realisation of Securities; and (iv) any sums applied towards payment of the fees, costs and expenses payable by the Trust from the Income Property of the relevant Sub-Fund;

  • Leased Real Estate means all leasehold or subleasehold estates and other rights to use or occupy any land, buildings, structures, improvements, fixtures, or other interest in real property held by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Release Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.

  • Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object, or other real or personal property of historical, architectural, or archaeological value, and folklife resources. These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.
