Individual Lot Assessment definition

Individual Lot Assessment means the Assessment due from each Lot, as further described in Paragraph 9.1 hereof.

More Definitions of Individual Lot Assessment

Individual Lot Assessment means all costs, expenses and charges (excluding Monthly and Special Assessments) that the Association shall charge against an individual Lot or Owner pursuant to this Declaration, the Bylaws or the law.
