Inducement Grants definition

Inducement Grants means those stock options set forth on Section A of the Parent Disclosure Schedule.
Inducement Grants means the inducement stock option grants made by the Corporation pursuant to NASDAQ Listing Rule 5635(c)(4) outside of the Stock Option Plans.
Inducement Grants means options to purchase up to 700,000 shares of Common Stock (as adjusted for any recapitalization, stock split or similar event) issued or issuable to certain employees of the Target Companies as inducement grants in connection with the Acquisition.
