Informal settlement conference definition

Informal settlement conference means a meeting between the complainant and the Housing and Redevelopment Manager and or his designated representative. The PHA has sole discretion to determine the method of conducting the informal settlement conference. Included in the methods are remotely, in-person, or telephonic conference.
