Information Systems and Equipment definition

Information Systems and Equipment means all computer hardware, firmware and software, as well as other information processing systems, or any equipment containing embedded microchips, whether directly owned, licensed, leased, operated or otherwise controlled by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, including through third-party service providers, and which, in whole or in part, are used, operated, relied upon, or integral to, the Borrower's or any of its Subsidiaries' conduct of their business.
