Examples of Ingoing Contribution in a sentence
Option 3 - 5% Reduced Ingoing Contribution The resident pays a reduced ingoing contribution (calculated as 95% of the standard ingoing contribution) by the commencement date of the residence contract and defers the management fee (also known as the 'exit fee') until the resident leaves the village.
Option 4 – 10% Reduced Ingoing Contribution The resident pays a reduced ingoing contribution (calculated as 90% of the standard ingoing contribution) by the commencement date of the residence contract and defers the management fee (also known as the 'exit fee') until the resident leaves the village.
Option C: There is no Exit Fee as the Ingoing Contribution is fully refundable.
If you select the Discount Lease Option your Ingoing Contribution will be 10% less than the Original Standard Ingoing Contribution and on the Exit Entitlement Date you will not be entitled to be paid any Capital Gain.
If you select the Standard Lease Option, your Ingoing Contribution will be equal to the Original Standard Ingoing Contribution and on the Exit Entitlement Date, you will be entitled to be paid 100% of any Capital Gain and must pay 100% of any Capital Loss.
