Initial Averaging Date definition

Initial Averaging Date means, subject as provided in Product Term 3, in respect of the Initial Setting Date in respect of a Share, each date specified or otherwise determined in respect of that Share as provided in the relevant Pricing Supplement (or, if any such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day in respect of that Share, the next following such Scheduled Trading Day).
Initial Averaging Date means each date specified as such in the relevant Final Terms or Pricing Supplement, each such date being an “Averaging Date”;
Initial Averaging Date means, in respect of an Index, each date specified as such or otherwise determined as provided in the applicable Final Terms (or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the next following Scheduled Trading Day).

  • I understand and agree that in the event I am terminated from the client for whom I am working, that I am required as part of my co-employment with INVO to notify an INVO representative within 48 hours of my termination.

More Definitions of Initial Averaging Date

Initial Averaging Date means, in respect of a Share, each date specified as such or otherwise determined as provided in the applicable Final Terms (or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the next following Scheduled Trading Day).
