Initial Averaging Period definition

Initial Averaging Period means, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, either:
Initial Averaging Period means, as specified in the applicable Preference Share Confirmation,
Initial Averaging Period. A period, starting on Trade Date, with a maximum length of 5 Exchange Business Days determined according to prevailing market conditions and liquidity.

  • The number of Shares under a PEI granted to a Participant shall be determined by dividing the Salary Multiple which the Committee wishes to grant as PEI by the average Share Price over the Initial Averaging Period.

  • The Company acknowledges that any such public announcement may cause the Initial Averaging Period or the Averaging Period, as the case may be, to be suspended pursuant to Section 3(b).

  • If the Initial Averaging Period or the Averaging Period is suspended by the Seller pursuant to this Section 3(b), at the end of such suspension the Seller shall determine the number of Trading Days remaining in the Initial Averaging Period or the Averaging Period, as the case may be, which number shall not exceed the Remaining Scheduled Days as of the time of such suspension.


More Definitions of Initial Averaging Period

Initial Averaging Period means the period of consecutive Trading Days commencing on the Initial Settlement Date and ending on March 29, 2007 (or if such date is not a Trading Day, the next following Trading Day); provided that the Seller may, in its absolute discretion, accelerate the last day of the Initial Averaging Period to any Trading Day on or after March 23, 2007 upon written notice to the Company (it being understood that such notice may be given on the same date that the Seller elects to be the last day of the Initial Averaging Period, but, for the avoidance of doubt, may not be given after such date).

Related to Initial Averaging Period

  • Averaging Period means the time over which a limit is measured or a monitoring result is obtained;

  • Cash Settlement Averaging Period means, with respect to a Security that is tendered for conversion in accordance with this Article X, the twenty (20) consecutive Trading-Day period that begins on, and includes, the third (3rd) Trading Day after the Conversion Date for such Security; provided, however, that if such Conversion Date is on or after the twenty third (23rd) scheduled Trading Day prior to the Maturity Date, then the Cash Settlement Averaging Period with respect to such conversion shall be the twenty (20) consecutive Trading-Day period that begins on and includes the twentieth (20th) scheduled Trading Day prior to the Maturity Date.

  • Averaging Date means each date specified as an Averaging Date in the relevant Final Terms or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless such day is a Disrupted Day in the opinion of the Calculation Agent. If such day is a Disrupted Day, then:

  • Valuation Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).

  • Pricing Period means the five (5) consecutive Trading Days after the Advance Notice Date.

  • Accumulation Period Factor means, for any Collection Period, a fraction with:

  • Planning Period Balance means the entire period of time remaining in the Planning Period following the month that a monthly auction is conducted.

  • Monitoring Period means the period from the Launch Date to the Valuation Date (both dates including) at such point in time at which the Reference Price of the Underlying is determined and published..

  • Averaging Dates means, in respect of each Valuation Date, each of the dates specified as such in the applicable Final Terms, if any, or if any such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the next following Scheduled Trading Day, in each case subject to Condition 6(l) as set out below.

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Periodic Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Day-ahead Congestion Price means the Congestion Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Payment Adjustment Date With respect to each ARM Loan, the date on which the Borrower's Monthly Payment changes in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note.

  • Net metering period means the 12-month period following the date of final interconnection of the

  • Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning assigned to it under the definition of Term SOFR Reference Rate.

  • Three-Year Period means, with respect to a Restatement, the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Board, a committee of the Board, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare such Restatement, or, if earlier, the date on which a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare such Restatement. The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • Adjustment Period means the period from the Effective Date up to and including the Expiry Time;
