Initial Closing Period definition

Initial Closing Period means the twelve month period following the initial closing of Capital Commitments, provided that the Adviser, with the approval of the Board of Trustees, may extend such twelve month period up to two times for additional periods of up to one year per extension.
Initial Closing Period means the twelve month period following the initial closing of Capital Commitments.
