Initial Commercial Plan definition

Initial Commercial Plan means the first Commercial Plan under this Agreement, which Commercial Plan shall cover the activities to be conducted and the expenses for which each Party shall be responsible during the Launch Period. The Initial Commercial Plan shall include the Initial Base Brand A&P Budget.

Examples of Initial Commercial Plan in a sentence

  • Commercial plan means a subcontracting plan (including goals) that covers the offeror’s fiscal year and that applies to the entire production of commercial items sold by either the entire company or a portion thereof (e.g., division, plant, or product line).
