Initial Employees definition

Initial Employees means all employees of the Company whose employment with the Company commences on or before January 1, 1997.

  • The Initial Employees shall be entitled to ten (10) working days paid vacation each year of the Term and paid legal holidays as reasonably determined by Century.

  • The Initial Employees shall make diligent efforts to ensure that all the Persons to whom the Confidential Information is disclosed pursuant to this Section 3.01 shall keep such information confidential and shall not disclose or divulge the same to any unauthorized Person.
