Initial Employees definition

Initial Employees means all employees of the Company whose employment with the Company commences on or before January 1, 1997.
Initial Employees means those Employees who were employed by the Group on the Implementation Date; "Initial Vesting Date" "JSE" the fifth anniversary of the Implementation Date; the JSE Limited (Registration No. 2005/022939/06), a public company duly incorporated according to the company laws of South Africa;
