Initial Exercisability Date definition

Initial Exercisability Date means the Issuance Date.
Initial Exercisability Date means the earlier of (x) the date the Company obtains the Principal Market’s approval of the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents and (y) September 16, 2021.
Initial Exercisability Date means the date of the Spin-off Distribution (as defined in Section 19(v)) effected in connection with the Spin-Off Transactions.

More Definitions of Initial Exercisability Date

Initial Exercisability Date means the date that is six (6) months after the Issuance Date.
Initial Exercisability Date means the date the authorized number of shares of Common Stock of the Company is increased to at least 300,000,000.
Initial Exercisability Date means the earlier of (a) 180 days from the date hereof, or (b) the date on which the Company is required to provide a written notice to the Holder pursuant to Section 4.7 hereof.
