Initial First Lien Loan Documents definition

Initial First Lien Loan Documents means the Initial First Lien Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” as defined in the Initial First Lien Credit Agreement and any other document or agreement entered into for the purpose of evidencing, governing, securing or perfecting the Initial First Lien Obligations.
Initial First Lien Loan Documents means the New ABL Facility and the other “Loan Documents” under the New ABL Facility and any other document or agreement entered into for the purpose of evidencing, governing, securing or perfecting the Initial First Lien Obligations.
Initial First Lien Loan Documents means the ABL Facility and the other “Loan Documents” under the ABL Facility and any other document or agreement entered into for the purpose of evidencing, governing, securing or perfecting the Initial First Lien Obligations.

  • In entering into this Agreement, or in taking (or forbearing from) any action under or pursuant to this Agreement, each of the Initial First Lien Representative and Initial First Lien Collateral Agent shall have and be protected by all of the rights, immunities, indemnities and other protections granted it to under the Initial First Lien Loan Documents, as applicable.

  • First Lien Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Bridge Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Bridge Credit Agreement.

  • First Lien/Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement means an intercreditor agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit H hereto, or such other customary form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower, in each case, as such document may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Additional First Lien Documents means, with respect to any Series of Additional First Lien Obligations, the notes, credit agreements, indentures, security documents and other operative agreements evidencing or governing such Indebtedness, and each other agreement entered into for the purpose of securing any Series of Additional First Lien Obligations.

  • Additional First Lien Secured Parties means the holders of any Additional First Lien Obligations and any trustee, authorized representative or agent of such Additional First Lien Obligations.

  • First Lien Loans means the “Loans” (or any comparable term) as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Second Lien Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Term Loan Secured Parties means the “Secured Parties” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.

  • Subordinate Loan Documents means the Subordinate Note, the Subordinate Mortgage, and all other documents at any time evidencing, securing, guaranteeing, or otherwise delivered in connection with the Subordinate Indebtedness.

  • First Lien Credit Documents means the “Credit Documents” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Revolving Loan Documents has the meaning specified for the term “Loan Documents” in the Revolving Credit Agreement.

  • Existing Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.

  • First Lien Credit Agreement means the Credit Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among Holdings, the Borrower, the guarantors party thereto, the lenders party thereto, the other parties from time to time party thereto, and the First Lien Administrative Agent.

  • First Lien Security Documents means, collectively, (i) the Credit Agreement Collateral Documents and (ii) the Additional First-Lien Security Documents.

  • Second Lien Loans means the “Loans” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement and shall, for the avoidance of doubt, include Incremental Second Lien Loans.

  • First Lien Last Out Loan Any Collateral Obligation that would be a Senior Secured Loan except that, following a default, such Collateral Obligation becomes fully subordinated to other senior secured loans of the same Obligor and is not entitled to any payments until such other senior secured loans are paid in full.
