Examples of Initial Global Notes in a sentence
Notes issued after the Issue Date shall be issued initially in the form of one or more Global Notes in registered form, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A, deposited with the Trustee, as custodian for the Depository, duly executed by the Issuers and authenticated by the Trustee as hereinafter provided and shall bear the Global Note Legend and any legends required by applicable law (together with the Initial Global Notes, the “Global Notes”) or as Physical Notes.
The Notes will initially be represented by the Initial Global Notes.
The Notes issued after the Issue Date shall be issued (a) initially in the form of one or more global Notes in registered form, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A, deposited with the Trustee, as custodian for the Depository, duly executed by the Company and authenticated by the Trustee as hereinafter provided and shall bear any legends required by applicable law (together with the Initial Global Notes, the “Global Notes”) or (b) as Physical Notes.
