Initial License Period definition

Initial License Period means the time period ending on the earlier of (i) January 1, 2001; or (ii) such time as the aggregate royalties actually paid by Licensee to Licensor (exclusive of the up-front license fee payable by Licensee pursuant to Section 1 of Article IV) equals Two Million and no/100 Dollars ($2,000,000.00).
Initial License Period means the initial license period of five/ ten years from the commencement date or; if shorter period from the commencement date until such date as the license is revoked or renewed in accordance with these conditions;
Initial License Period. The period specified in the Subscription Order Form.

Examples of Initial License Period in a sentence

  • The initial License Period for each of the Cloud Services (including any Cloud Client Software used to access the Cloud Services) or for any other Software is specified in the Grant Letter (the "Initial License Period").

  • The fees for a Renewal Period will be equal to the fee in effect during the Initial License Period unless McAfee has given Customer at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of a fee increase.

  • The Licensee may renew the License, for an additional term with a license period equivalent to the Initial License Period (“Renewal Period” and with the Initial License Period, the “License Period”), by providing at least 30 days’ advance written notice to CannonDesign prior to the end of the applicable License Period.

More Definitions of Initial License Period

Initial License Period means, with respect to each Device, the period of time commencing upon shipment of the Device and continuing until the end of the initial subscription term specified in the Order in relation to that Device. At the conclusion of an Initial License Period, the subscription term will automatically renew for successive one-year periods (each, an “Additional License Period”, and the Initial License Period for a Device together with all Additional License Periods for that Device is the “License Period”), unless either party notifies the other in writing of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the then-current License Period. The “Term” of this Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will expire upon the expiration or termination of the last License Period in effect under this Agreement.
Initial License Period means the period of twelve months from the Effective Date;
Initial License Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending four (4) years thereafter.

  • Initial license means the first permanent license granted to a qualified individual.

  • Occupational license means a certificate, registration, or license issued by a state department, bureau, or agency that has regulatory authority over an individual that allows an individual to legally engage in a regulated occupation or that allows the individual to use a specific title in the practice of an occupation, profession, or vocation.

  • Professional license means any license, permit, certificate, registration, qualification, admission, temporary license, temporary permit, temporary certificate, or temporary registration that is described in divisions (W)(1) to (37) of this section and that qualifies a person as a professionally licensed person.

  • License Term means in respect of each Site, the period for its license to be used by the Access Seeker commencing on the Commencement Date and as stipulated in the respective SLO.

  • Royalty Term means, with respect to each Licensed Product, the period of time beginning on the first sale of a Licensed Product in a country following receipt of regulatory approval for the marketing and sale of such Licensed Product in such country and continuing on a country-by-country and product-by-product basis until the later of (1) the expiration of the Patent Term, or (ii) ten (10) years from the date of such sale of such Licensed Product in such country (other than any sale or transfer between Licensee and its Affiliates or Sublicensees).

  • Governmental Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • Option Term means a period, if any, through which this Agreement may be or has been extended by the JBE.

  • Business License means a license issued by the Department to a medical marijuana dispensary, grower, processor, testing laboratory, or transporter.

  • Environmental Licence means any permit, licence, authorisation, consent or other approval required by any Environmental Law.

  • Local licensing authority means the governing body of a municipality or city and county, the board of county commissioners of a county, or any authority designated by municipal or county charter, municipal ordinance, or county resolution.

  • Exclusivity Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.11.

  • Financial licensing act means any of the financial licensing acts, as that term is defined in section 2 of the consumer financial services act, 1988 PA 161, MCL 487.2052.

  • Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.

  • Use Period means the period commencing on the date that the ABL Agent or an agent acting on its behalf (or an ABL Credit Party acting with the consent of the ABL Agent) commences the liquidation and sale of the ABL Priority Collateral in a manner as provided in Section 3.6 hereof (having theretofore furnished the Controlling Term Agent with an Enforcement Notice) and ending 180 days thereafter. If any stay or other order that prohibits any of the ABL Agent, the other ABL Secured Parties or any ABL Credit Party (with the consent of the ABL Agent) from commencing and continuing to Exercise Any Secured Creditor Remedies or from liquidating and selling the ABL Priority Collateral has been entered by a court of competent jurisdiction, such 180-day period shall be tolled during the pendency of any such stay or other order and the Use Period shall be so extended.

  • Major Market means any one of the following countries: United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy or Spain.

  • Regulatory Exclusivity Period means, with respect to each Licensed Product in any country in the Territory, a period of exclusivity (other than Patent exclusivity) granted or afforded by Applicable Law or by a Regulatory Authority in such country that prevents the approval or marketing of any Biosimilar Product of such Licensed Product in such country.
