Initial Member Capital Contribution definition

Initial Member Capital Contribution shall have the meaning given in Section 2.3(a)(i).
Initial Member Capital Contribution has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a)(i) of the LLC Operating Agreement.
Initial Member Capital Contribution means with respect to any Initial Member, the cash amount or value of such Initial Member's initial Capital Contribution, as described and identified on Schedule I.
