Initial Note C-2 Holder means the “Initial Noteholder” of Note C-2 identified in the recitals to this Agreement.
Initial Note C-2 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Initial Note A-2 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Initial Note A-3 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Initial Note A-6 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Initial Note A-4 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Initial Note A-7 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Initial Note A-5 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Initial Note A-1-1 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Initial Note B Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Initial Note A-1 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Initial Note A Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Initial Note Holders shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Initial Notes means the first $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Notes issued under this Indenture on the date hereof.
Initial Note Balance means, for any Class, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance, the Initial Class B Note Balance, the Initial Class C Note Balance, the Initial Class D Note Balance or the Initial Class E Note Balance, as applicable, or with respect to the Notes generally, the sum of the foregoing.
Initial Note means each initial Governmental Lender Note registered by the Comptroller and subsequently canceled and replaced by a definitive Governmental Lender Note pursuant to this Funding Loan Agreement.
Initial Noteholder means (i) with respect to Note A-1, the Initial Note A-1 Holder and (ii) with respect to Note A-2, the Initial Note A-2 Holder.
Initial Noteholders shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Additional Notes means additional Notes (other than the Initial Notes) issued under this Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.02 and 4.09 hereof, as part of the same series as the Initial Notes.
Note A-2-2 Holder means the Initial Note A-2-2 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-2-2, as applicable.
Note A-1-2 Holder means the Initial Note A-1-2 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-1-2, as applicable.
Original Notes means the Initial Notes and any Exchange Notes issued in exchange therefor.
Initial Additional Notes means Additional Notes issued in an offering not registered under the Securities Act and any Notes issued in replacement thereof, but not including any Exchange Notes issued in exchange therefor.
Initial Note Principal Balance means, with respect to each Note as of any date of determination, the “Initial Note Principal Balance” for such Note set forth in Part B of the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Series D Notes is defined in Section 1.
Note A-2 Holder means the Initial Note A-2 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-2, as applicable.
Series C Notes is defined in Section 1.
Initial Class D Note Balance means $142,370,000.
